STANDARD PACKAGE
Ranch Series Homes
Log Wall System: Precut logs for exterior wall, assembly plans
and instructions, log gasket, caulk, log wall thru bolts and springs (not included with Northern White Cedar logs or Round
logs), log siding for joist band coverage and log lag screws.
Porch Timbers:4x8 rafters, 4x8 or 6x6 post (from porch deck to
roof), 4x8 headers, 2x8 barge rafters and 2x6 T&G roof decking
Trusses: Gable end trusses and common trusses (timber trusses
optional)
Trim system: window and door jambs, 1x6 exterior window
and door trim, 1x6 interior baseboard trim for log walls, log siding for gables.
Subfloor system: 2x10 girder, joists and double band of pressure
treated wood, 2x8 pressure treated plate, 3/4" coated OSB subfloor, sub floor glue.
Roof system: 19/32" CDX sheeting, Triflex 30 felt and button nails,
30 year shingles, soffits, soffit vents and eave trim.
Deck/Porch floor: Pressure treated joist, girder and bands, Pressure
treated posts (from deck to ground), pressure treated deck floor, pressure treated rails and pickets.
Doors: 3'x6'8"Standard entrance door, paintable fiberglass with
half window. Upgrades to stainable door and other styles are available.
Windows: PELLA Proline windows and patio doors, includes insul-shield
UV protection screens and removable wood muntins, upgrades to the selection of PELLA Designer products are available.

Spruce Decking: 2x6 decking - floor quality for loft floors, roof
sheeting and porch roof.
